By submitting this application and/or enrolling in any program created by Goddess Guidance, a DBA of The Goddess Collective, LLC, including the 1:1 coaching program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Commitment

1.1. Client Responsibility: You understand that this coaching program requires active participation, dedication, and an open mindset. The success of the program depends on your commitment to the process.

1.2. Coach Role: The coach is committed to providing support, guidance, and tools to help you achieve your goals. However, results are not guaranteed as they depend on your individual effort and circumstances.

2. Payments and Refunds

2.1. Payment Terms: Payment is required in full (or via a pre-arranged payment plan) before the program begins. Payment details will be discussed upon acceptance into the program.

2.2. Refund Policy: Due to the personalized and transformative nature of this program, all payments are non-refundable.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

3.1. Session Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Availability will be provided after program acceptance.

3.2. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. Privacy: All information shared during the coaching sessions will remain confidential. The coach will not disclose any personal information without your consent, except as required by law.

4.2. Safe Space: The coaching relationship is built on mutual trust and respect. You agree to engage in this program in a professional and respectful manner.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Program Materials: All materials provided during the coaching program, including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the coach and are for your personal use only. These materials may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

6.1 Disclaimer: This coaching program is designed for personal development and growth. This is not therapy and does not replace medical, psychological, or clinical support.

6.2. Limitation of Liability: The coach is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by the client as a result of the coaching process. You accept full responsibility for the outcomes of your choices and actions.

7. Termination

7.1. Coach Right to Terminate: The coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if the client fails to adhere to the terms and conditions, displays disrespectful behavior, or is otherwise deemed unfit for the program. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

7.2. Client Right to Terminate: Clients may choose to end the coaching relationship at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused sessions or services.

8. Agreement

8.1. Acknowledgment: By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

8.2. Consent: You agree to participate in this program voluntarily and understand that this is a professional coaching relationship intended for your personal development.
